We are looking for Business Development Executive (female). Please below the requirement :
You should be:
Smart and presentable.
Excellent in communication skills (oral and written)
IT and Internet savvy.

Your duties :
Research on companies across the various domains.
Approaching the HR personnel of the respective company.
Presenting our recruitment services to the client in the best

possible manner.
Meeting the HR personnel if required for briefing.
Maintaining MIS reports in excel sheet.


Your KRA (Key Result Area) :
Getting the contract done or getting the requirement from the

prospective client(s) within the given target.

Compensation:
Fixed salary plus incentives.
Telephone charges will be reimbursed for a a fixed amount.
Travel expenses as actuals.

Mode of Work:
You will work from the comfort of your home. You must have PC at
home with internet connection.
