We are a Delhi based HR Services firm. We are looking for a HR Generalist with approx 5 yrs of experience in HR for an MNC Client. The candidate should have specifically handled the following HR roles

§ Recruiting
o Responsible for recruiting employees in Asia in accordance with recruiting policy and budget including employee introduction and orientation

§ Retaining
o Draft/keep updated HR material including Handbooks, orientation manuals, introduction programs in Asia in accordance with company values
o Keeping contract in accordance with local law in Asia
o Job descriptions/documentation in Asia
o Supporting VF identity and culture in Asia
o Single point of contact in HR questions

§ Development
o Organize appraisal
o Follow up on appraisals by finding for the right external training sources and draft internal training programs in Asia
o Organizing team building events
o Coaching/termination interviews

§ Retaining/Compensation
o Sparring with Corp. HR manager on salary levels in Asia
o Organizing salary reviews

§ Performance Management
o Secure input from Asia to monthly/quarterly HR reporting based on selected KPI’s and implement in Lynxx system
