Job Description : Handling HR & Personnel Functions : Conducting Induction, Joining & Exit Formalities.Maintaining MIS Reports. Handling Day-to-Day HR Issues. Uses functionally specific knowledge and supports in framing of policies and programs for India. Manage Employee Re-commonly recognized concepts within field of expertise. Investigating and resolving employee related issuesResult oriented approach towards achieving results. Coordinates with Admin, Accounts and Sys Admin regarding implementation of HR processes. Requirements : 2 - 3 years of HR experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills.
