One of our top Group of Organisation is looking at Corporate Head HR for its operations in Hyderabad, following are the key responsibilities the client is looking at

§ Should have 25 + years of Corporate HR experience
§ To drive the strategic HR initiations inline with the growth of business at that is growing Multifolds
§ HR Strategy design, alignment and implementation: Understanding and developing the role of Human Resources for the development of the entire organization.
§ Policy formulation and implementation: Designing, developing, evaluating and modification of existing HR policies in view of best practices.
§ Design, develop & implement existing and new HR processes & systems.
§ Manpower Planning & Budgeting on HR front
§ Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Responsible for proactive identification of sources of talent by identifying Skill Set / Competency requirements for fulfillment of various positions.
§ Designing, developing and implementing a compatible Performance Management System.
§ Employee Relation: Periodic assessment of team and individual motivation and morale level and initiating improvement measures.
§ Training & Development: To monitor the training initiatives of the organisation, Evaluate Training Needs, Identify & organize programs for employees to acquire required knowledge, skills and behavioral traits that enhance their performance.
§ Compensation & Benefits Administration
§ Employee retention: Evolve strategies for employee retention.
§ Organizational Development with focus on building a culture and strong value system which in turn would create an environment conducive for performers.
§ Employment related Statutory Compliances: Conduct timely and accurate administration of benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave, Medical, applicable reimbursements, etc.
§ Technological Implementation Inputs and usage for better productivity of the division
