PURPOSE
Own and drive the leading- edge HR processes in the business to scale up people and organizational capability to the next level for delivering accelerated and profitable growth in the business. KEY OUTPUTS 1. Partner with line managers to develop long-term strategic HR planning objectives and develop and implement the policies and procedures needed to realize these objectives. 2. Facilitates an equitable balanced work environment, which defines and encourage success. 3. Drive processes for building critical capabilities in product and brand portfolio management, innovation, channel management and integrated supply chain management. 4. Develop appropriate compensation and benefit structure in the business to ensure continuous enhancement in performance levels and employee satisfaction. 5. Develop appropriate HR Strategies to attract talent through external recruitment and retain key personnel in the business. 6. Drive the training and development initiatives through the sales organization for enhancing sales force productivity. QUALIFICATIONS Post Graduate in PM/HR from XLRI,TISS or Symbiosis (1995-1997 Batch) EXPERIENCE: Around 7/8 years demonstrating through specific achievements that the above skills and knowledge reside strongly in the individual.
