My greetings to the HR Fraternity!

I am 29 years old and I have done MA Sociology, MHRM and pursuing MLM. I was working with Government department in Administrative Section for 6 years and took up a career as HR consultant in a placement agency and has been active in this field for about a year.

I would like to step into a corporate entity in HR. Please advise how can I shape up my career.
