I am looking for Business Development Manager who is very Focus on developing/maintaining new as well as existing accounts.

* Identify prospective Client for Staffing and Solutions opportunities.
* Acquire Contract Staffing job orders and work with sales team to fill them.
* Manage multiple Client Relationships and engagements.
* Maintain relationships with clients/hiring mangers so as to receive ongoing requirements.
* Consistently achieve sales targets.
* Appreciation for activity-based selling to ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals.
* Work closely with Recruitment Team to ensure clear requirements definition and specific recruitment focus meets our clients' expectations.
* Understanding of long-term business relationships.
* Interface with all levels of management and support client's project or Staffing Needs.
* Provide excellent Customer Service to the clients.
