I have been working from past 4.7yrs as an Sr. Executive-HR in one of the MNC at Bangalore. Currently looking out for an change of job. Recruitment life cycle: Planning and Handling the entire Recruitment process independently according to the companys requirement. Requirement gathering from the functional heads. Talent search management or data research Identifying the right talent for the right job. Preliminary HR screenings/interview Conducting tests If candidate is selected, taking the final HR interview for salary negotiations, role discussions and discussions on date of joining. Reference check-ups and background investigations, if required. Sending soft and hard copies of the offer letter to the candidates along with the terms & conditions and other policies. Follow-ups with the candidate on offer made and date of joining. Managing a team of recruiters. Joining & Induction: Introduction to the policies and procedure of the organization Information about the key persons in the organization Introducing the new joinees to the employees of the organization Administering the joining papers to the new joinees viz. PF, ESI, HIPPA, Employees declaration, Night shift, Dependence declaration form, Coordinating for the opening of the bank accounts, etc., Arranging for their team allocation, seat allocation and PC/laptop allocation, Co-ordinate with the System Administrators for E-mail creation & access before joining date. Collecting the relevant documents viz. photographs, academic certificates, experience certificates, ID proof, Address proof, Signature proof, etc., For candidates orientation on the DOJ, introducing him to the HR team, to his reporting manager and to his colleagues. Distribution of Access and ID card on the day one Training & Development Coordinating the trainers to schedule the dates for the training program. Informing the trainers about the schedule of the training and getting confirmation of participation in the training program. Raising Service Indents for the payment of the training. Preparation of feedback forms for training analysis every quarter. Collections of feedback forms for assessing the trainer and the effectiveness of the training program to continue with the trainer for the next training if required. Release of payment to the Trainers after the completion of the training program Providing the training feedback to the management Compensation & Benefits Computing the worked hours of the associate and accordingly calculating any retro amount due (Maintain monthly leave record, Payroll, Attendance, Incentives, Overtime, Holiday Incentives, etc,). Prepare budget report every month Addressing salary related queries Staff Welfare Activities Introduced Monthly Awards System, Annual Awards System in order to encourage the employees to perform in their role by giving their best. Event Management as in organized get-together, Excursions and Picnics involving Cultural programs every month, Management Games on Team Building, Creativity etc. Handling employees issues from turning into grievances. Wishing every employee on the actual birthday by marinating an informal record Wishing all the employees on the date of the Anniversary Medical Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance HR representative to Transport and Food committee. HR Functions Hands in all the Core HR activities. Keeping Track of Employee information & activities and maintaining huge volumes of EDM (Employee Data Management). Reviewing statistical data regarding productivity levels and performance; making recommendations for Confirmations, Increments, Promotions, Suspension & Transfers and taking actions where appropriate across all the Units in Bangalore, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Taking care of smooth flow of entire communication proceeds. Issuing letters viz. Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Address proof, Increment, Promotion, Showcase Notices, Transfer, Experience, Relieving, etc., Played a Major role in reformulating Company Policy and Implementing. Initiated and assisted to develop HRIS to include critical functions of HR. Conduct Internal Auditing of Facilities, Policies and Procedures. Developed and Implemented Competency based Performance Management System Generate required MIS reports Reporting to the Senior Management Maintains complete database of Organization (companies, locations, divisions, departments etc. Facilitates manpower projection for future period. Organizing formal / informal interactions, meetings and extra curricular activities Responsible for making Norms, Rules and Regulations for the company along with my manager. Exit interview Coordinating with the Reporting Managers of the out going, to approve the last working day and shortfall in notice based on the grades of the out going employees. Calculation of leaves balances with respect to Contingency leaves, Earned Leaves encashment & Loss of Pay as the case may be. Coordinating with the out going and various support departments to get clearances. Coordination with finance for the release of cheque and final settlement of the relieving employee. Mobile and laptop handover, Closure with Reporting Manager information, Training information. Issuing relieving and experience letters for the out going Employee or Contract employees after all the clearances.
