Smile Is it necessary to have an MBA in HR ?

Hi,

Greetings
Well, I have a very simple yet complicated question for all the HR pro out here.It goes as..
Do I/We need to have an MBA in HR in order to work in a Biggies Co?
Actually the reason behind this query is that, I have been working for an IT Co in Kolkata as Research Associate and HR-Coordinator for past one year.Though, I don't have any theoretical knowledge of this field but then I have till date managed to carry out this task without any major complications.
Since, I am also pursuing my PGDAEIM(Post Graduate Diploma In Applied Economics and Information Management) from a Leading B-School Located at Kolkata i.e. Globsyn Business School.
I am interested to continue in this field but slightly change in the profile i.e. I would like to continue and utilize my skills and practical knowledge in HR Research Associate respectively.

Could any body assist me in this regard

Wait in for your responses.....till then enjoy browsing this amazing site.Bye.

Cheers,
Khusboo
