Please help me to get standard questionnaire on training motivation in organization

hi Ramakantha,
could you please explain me what do you mean by Training motivation,then probably i'll be able to help you out. Do you mean that employees are not motivated enough to attend training,because as far as my experience goes,employees are always complaining that they DO NOT GET ADEQUATE TRAININGS,so the question of motivation gets negated.
have i interpreted your problem correctly.if wrong then please correct me.
