We are looking for a candidate who can assist is in finding right candidates for our company. We are an ERP implementation company and we focus on implementing Microsoft based ERP solutions (Navision and Axapta). We have been around for the last 5 years and are now looking at accelerated growth.

However, we do not believe in hiring people who are compulsive job-seekers and by and large who are looking for a job, so we do not prefer portal based hiring. therefore, the candidate should be well versed in the techniques and methods of Head Hunting.
