Dear Sir \ Madam, I am M.Shenbaga Perumal; working as an Asst. Team Lead dealing with both IT and BSFI domain in VT Manpower, Chennai, with experience of more than 1 yr. My training for HR consists primarily of two years full time course of MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management) in Madurai Institute of Social Science, Madurai. This has given me a broad foundation for HR activities. I studied all the functional fields of HR from R to R (Recruitment to Retirement) as well as the other core business subjects (Psychology, Research, Labour law, Communication)
