Business Management
®To best achieve Revenue Targets
®To ensure that client servicing and satisfaction is achieved through documented accountability.
®To contribute towards development and implementation of policies and procedures impacting business and achievement of high profitability.
®To effectively contribute to short term and long term business planning.
®To work as an Acting Manager in the absence of the Manager.

Candidate Management
®To profile, brief, interview and shortlist candidates’ based on client requirements.
®To deliver on assignments within timelines outlined by the clients.
®To assist Account Managers in the delivery process.
®To participate in the entire candidate management process.
®To best represent the firm when interacting with candidates.

Client Management
®To best represent the firm in servicing existing and new clients.
®To best maintain documentation of all interactions with clients.
®Generate new leads for business development.
®To conduct various business development initiatives

Internal Management & Training
®To train and mentor staff of the firm to best support your own function and in achieving results.
®To develop staff through clear career planning and growth.
®Responsible for the team’s motivation and reduce employee turnover
