Actually I want to change my job as per opportunity. Presently I am working in a facility(housekeeping co.) as a Manager HR. It is a small co.
I have the experience of more than 8 years in PF / ESIC record maintenance. I do other HR activities like recruitment, selection, compensation, Appraisal etc.
As per the past companies' experience I feel that I am lacking to certain extent as far as the expertise is concerned. Now I have decided to work as an assistant level where I can have the chance to enhance my knowledge in a systematic way.
