Default HR Professional- Emerging trends
Hi All,
I started my career being a generic HR handling most of the functions in HR, Now i have moved my career concentrating towards Employee Relations and Resource Management. Would like to know what are the career oppurtunities in this scenario. Overall i have about 5+ years of experience.
