3. Here i am feeling like a sales manager , head told me to ask about targets to sales proffesional.
4. his personal mails and all has been checked by me so my job profile is like secretary to him as well.

Now i am in a critical situation ......................

I talk to him regarding this but he has given me warning that if you wish to continue then u can otherwise leave this job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have applied for other jobs but my CV didn't considered due to 5 months of experience in new company.......

It is very strange that Professionals of the same profession are exploiting the new aspirants HR executives in that way.

The only way is to go for change, even if the Compensation is at par or even less, atleast you will be back in the main stream and for the betterment of your career.
Ofcourse it will be difficult to convince them.

But you can always answer in the interview panel that the Job Profile is not matching as that of HR.

Don't say that it is not as per your expectation.

You can always disclose that this is the job Profile you are getting and you deserve more, because that sort of Job Profile will limited my career growth.

Hope you can pick some ideas from this.

Regards,
Arvind
