I have completed my MBA from ITM Business School in 2007 and since then I am working with a manufacturing Company which is near to Mumbai. I am open to move into any sector that provides me better and more challenging career ahead. My Professional synopsis and experience details till date are as under:

Professional Synopsis

* A result oriented professional with 1.4 years of experience in Training, Induction and Recruitment.
* Currently employed with JSW Steel Ltd. Vasind Works, Mumbai as Junior Manager.
* Conceptualising & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
* An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and hands on experience in training and development of subordinates.

Worked for 8 months in an NGO as teacher cum counselor.

Organizational Experience


* Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
* Facilitating Management Development Programs, Process Scheduling including technical and soft-skills training programs.
* Imparting trainings on various soft skill to workers.
* Involved with 'Mera Sujhav Committee' as HR coordinator.
* Conducting induction for new joinees coming across all branches
