I am a Senior Manager in Operations with an International BPO in the NCR Region. Having spent last seven years in the industry I have always felt that I can do much in recruitment for most departments within industry, like Operations, Training, HR, Admin etc at Middle and Senior Middle level.
This would although be possible only in paralell to my current assignment.
Given the accessibility of job portals I can surely identify the best fits and get them even lined up even after having discussions with the candidates.
A revenue sharing can be worked out eventually since BD and Client Relationship would always be the forte of the Company for getting requirements.
