Advice On Freelance Assignment For Recruitments Abroad
I presently reside in a small town Lubumbashi, Congo in Africa. Its been abt 4 months now since i've been here. I intend to take up a flexi job. During the time that I've spent here, I've learnt that there are several trading companies, mining and logistics, etc no recruitment agencies to support such requirements. Hence, it occurred to me that one option would be to start an executive search assignment here , but with a tie up with 1 or more recruitment agenies in India. this place has a small Indian population here, which is increasing every year. But the capital of Congo, Kinshasa, has a larger indian population. I got an encouraging response from a couple of friends here. To give a brief idea abt my profile, I have abt 8 years experience in customer care, sales and hr - 6months in hr dept of a life insurance co and 3months with a recruitment consultancy as a consultant( most of my worK-exp from Mumbai)
I need guidance on the above Is it necessary that one should have sufficent experience in the recruitment field/expertise before starting anything like this? Is it easy to find recruitment firms who would be ready to extend their support , maybe something similar to partnership venture. Pls advise.. suggestions are most welcome.
