My Name is shreya Shinde, working with Pantaloon - HR. We introduced new project which is only for females called Flexi Career Opportunities. We have started this project in mid Nov. 2006 and got lots of response.

This 4- hour working concept is to achieve
1. Work - life balance
2. Financial independence
3. Higher Self esteem
4. Worthwhile utilization of time.
