My Name is Aarti Shinde, working with Pantaloon - HR. We introduced new project which is only for females called Flexi Career Opportunites. We have started this project in mid Nov. 2006 and got lots of response.

This 4- hour working concept is to achieve
1. Work - life balance
2. Financial independence
3. Higher Self esteem
4. Worthwhile utilization of time.

I required some help in this regards. As this project is for house wife and the females who can not work as full time due to family responsibility or unable to complete the education due to some reason.
