I Am A M.b.a Fresher. Recently I Attended A Interview In An Mnc Company. I Cleared All The Rounds And In The Last I Attended Hr Round Where The Hr Person Asked Me :-

1. Tell Me About Yourself.
2. Family Back Ground.
3. Are U Ok With Night Shifts.
4. Salary Package.

I Answered Very Confidently With Out Any Hesitation And I Asked Pay Pack Of Acceptable Industry Levels Ans I Said I am Ok With Night Shifts And Bond Also.the Hr Lady Also Said That They Will Call Me With In One Week Back. After One Day One Of My Friend In That Company Asked The Status Of My Interview To The Hr People And They Said He Is Rejected Because He Was " Over Ambitious".

I Was Really Shocked By The Feed Back. If They Would Have Said He Is Not Good With His Communication Skills, His Profile Does Not Match With Our Requirements Then I Would Have Taken It As A Lesson And I Would Think Of Not Repeating The Same Mistake In The Next Interview.

to Be Clear, She Does Not Pose Me A Question Regarding My Short Term And Long Term Goals.

Can Any One Please Help Me To Know Why The Hr Person Gave Me This Feed Back.
