Letter to Customers Announcing Resignation of Employee

Whenever an employee works with an organization, over a period of time, he tends to develop a relationship with a client. The customer prefers working directly with him as he trusts him. But when an employee leaves the organization, in such a situation, the client starts to feel lost because now he doesn’t know who to contact at the time of need. Acknowledgement Resignation Letter Template

There are times when employees leave the company. At these times, the owner of the company or the HR Manager receives resignation letters and they have to acknowledge and respond to these requests in a formal way. Acceptance of Resignation Letter from Employer

Once a company has received the resignation letter of some of its employee, it must revert back with a reply.
