Dear Mr. Jacob,

The purpose of writing this letter is to bring to your notice about misconduct that our sales team faced recently with one of our clients, Sarah Tech.

On December 4th, 2023, a meeting was scheduled with Sarah Tech representatives and during that meeting their manager misbehaved with our sales team. He even refused to cooperate with our team and did not agree on making the changes about the delivery date because of the upcoming events in that area which will lead to closure of roads for couple of days.

Such kind of unprofessional and rude behavior is just not acceptable. If there is anything that is not suitable to the client, we can always discuss it on the table and find a mutually benefitting solution to it. But the kind of behavior the manager from Sarah Tech has showed and the kind of unacceptable language he has used, it is just not acceptable. We even have lots of witnesses to this meeting as an evidence.

I am writing this letter to request you to kindly have our HR Department initiate an investigation in this matter and take necessary actions in this regard as this kind of misconduct is serious.

I am available to share all the other details in relation with the incident. I would like to extend a warm thank you to you for taking out time and I will look forward for a quick response.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Sincerely,

Anthony Brown

A warning letter for late coming and ignoring punching card is a formal letter written by an employer to his employee as a warning of him coming late to the office. The letter includes the act of misconduct and the potential consequences that the employee should expect to face if they fail to correct their actions. In this post are Warning Letter for late coming in office and Warning Letter format and sample.

Warning Letter for Late Coming and Ignoring Punching Card

Subject: Warning for coming late in office

It has been brought to our notice that you often come late to work. The digital attendance system of the office records the arrival and departure of every employee in the office. You have also been seen ignoring the punching card.

This has led to a very low attendance and you coming late to the office has really been disappointing as you are hard working but indiscipline in coming in the way of that.

As per the policy of the company, the coming late to office of any employee has to be dealt with strictly and actions are to be taken against the employee. If you have anything to say to defend yourself, we can schedule a meeting. However, if you do not correct this act of negligence, you will have to face serious consequences.

Mr. Lee Harper

Dear Mr. Sharma,

I am writing this letter as your first warning for reporting late at work.

It has been reported that you are coming almost an hour late to office every day. We always appreciate our employees who understand the value of time and coming to office at time. Therefore, you are being warned to not come late at work and if you failed to report at work on time, the Management will be compelled to take a serious action against you.

It has also been found that you are avoiding swiping your attendance card when you come to office as well as when you are off for the day which is making it difficult for the system to record your attendance.

We are hopeful that you will be punching your card on daily basis and you will also be reporting to work on time. Failing to do so can lead to strict actions against you.

Sincerely,
