Dear Mr. Wills,

I would like to thank you for offering me the position of Marketing Manager in your company. I am extremely thankful to you for highlighting the growth opportunities I have in your organization.

I would like to bring to your notice that after thoughtful consideration, I regret that I will have to decline your offer because I have been offered the same profile with another company which does not compel me to relocate. This gives me an opportunity to stay in my city and aspire for my career goals. I really appreciate your time and efforts in interviewing me.

Wishing you and your company a bright future.

Sincerely,

Samantha Brown
