my joining date is 09/12/2009
Resignation date is 16/4/2011(accepted immediately)
Went on leave from 26/3/2011 for 4 days & extended further.
Salary paid till March 2011.
In full & final settlement 7 days available EL(EARN DURING 2010/11)was consider for
leave encashment(basic+DA).Leave earned during Jan 2011 to March 2011
is 3 days.This is also consider for leave encashment.
My point is that these leave should have been adjusted against my April 2011
salary upto 16th April 2011 & salary should have been paid for 10 days
of April 2011.
