Dear All,

Ours is an ITES company. We have around 600 employees. Recently we sold one of our business to another company. Now with the remaining business we r running and now our strength is 21 members. In that 6 members are eligible for ESI benefits and Remaining are eligible for Mediclaim (in which only company contribution is there).

neither we nor our employees are satisfied with this ESI benefits as it contains lot of procedure and they all are interested in Mediclaim ( Health Insurance).

Will it be possible to make all the employees covered under health Insurance.

Is there any solution for this. If we want to take health insurance package which one would be best.
