My Dear Friends & Seniors in the HR Community,

I would like to know if there is any benchmarking system which explicitly says what must be the total compensation paid to all the employees of a company with respect to it's total sales turnover ( in the form of percentage) in different sectors of the industry, like manufacturing, trading, service, etc.?
Keeping the fact in background that all the companies are profit making.

Please advise.
