Hi,

I have joined a new IT company few days back , i as it is new company i have to design the salary structure where the employees will be getting the benefit of ESI and PF also.

t will highly appreciable if somebody can help me in designing the salary structure of the employees, like if somebody is earning say Rs. 7500.00 , 5000.00 , 3500.00 , please mention with all the details ( the break-up salary structure including PF and ESI).
