Default EPF Act, 1952

Sir,

My organisation has 25 employees. Break up of these employees are as under:

a) 12 are on deputation(all are contributing towards GPF)
b) 8 are hired through contractor( Contractor is covered under EPF Act, 1952)
c) 4 are retiree of Govt. reemployed( Age more than 60 years and are getting pension from Govt. department)
d) 1 is contingent worker(On DC approved rates)

Question

My question is, whether EPF Act, 1952 is applicable in my case on the basis of facts given above.

Hi,
Friend...............
This is on your discretion that whether you are agree to give this social benefit to your employee or not.
On other part some of your employee may be not wish to take this benefit.
Simultaneously some of your employees may be beyond the ceiling limit of EPF benefits.

Regards,
Jigar
