I want to buy a copy of Model Standing orders. I enquired with all those who supply us the legal and Custom books, but they do not have it. Can you suggest the name of the Vendor who will be having this ??

u will not get copy of the model standing orders as u are searching.
procure a book on Industrial employment (standing orders)Act 1946,which should have your state rules. in these state rules you will find a schedule under which u will see model standing orders. these model standing orders are different from state to state. in case still u find it difficult,
pl tell me in which state u r, i will try to provide u.
