1.Process Engineer - JD

There is an urgent requirement of a Process Engineer. Experience in a manufacturing plant is necessary. Total experience should be about 10 years. The candidate should be able to help in setting up of a line for manufacture. Qualification MS/MTech/ ME in Industrial engineering.
Level Senior consultant & CTC would be based on qualification and experience.



Position Title: Consultant/Sr. Consultant

LO & SCM domain helps customers with inbound logistics solution, Inventory management, Warehouse mgmt, supply chain planning, Supply network design & optimization initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Work activities for Consultants / Sr. Consultants typically involve:
Ø identifying and investigating problems concerned with processes, products, strategy, policy, markets, organization;
Ø Analyze problems in an accurate and systematic way, able to communicate efficiently and intelligently, solve problems and have good interpersonal relations.
Ø Formulating recommendations on a long-term horizon for the business and be able to advise management on changes in business processes, strategy, policy that need to be implemented in order to meet the objectives of the company.
Ø Agreeing a course of action with the client;
Ø Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations.

Specific Requirements:

ü Working knowledge in material scheduling, production planning & MRP
ü Functional knowledge on inbound logistics – Milk Run system, Hub & spoke model, JIT, Push system, VMI
ü Knowledge on Primary & secondary transportation, lead time optimization models is preferred

Preferred education and Experience:

Consultant: Bachelor’s Degree with First Class (Above 70% or 7.5/10 GPA)
. Consultant: Master’s Degree (minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA) in Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or M.B.A in SCM (Preferred)
Minimum two years experience in related field required for Sr. Consultant level]
Flexibility to travel on an as needed basis

Particular skills:
· Excellent working knowledge of MS – Excel, MS – PowerPoint is required
· Working Knowledge in SAP R/3 MM, PP module (Preferred)
· Possess technical and analytical skills with focus on data analysis and decision support tools.
· Scheduling, Production Planning, MRP knowledge is preferred
· Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt is preferred
· Excellent organizational & leadership skills
· Professional communication skills.
