Benefits bill reconciliation YUCK!
Hi there,
I have worked in HR for ten years and the solutions for ensuring what shows on the carriers invoice is the same as what you show in your HRIS & accounting/payroll is so antiquated and time consuming!!!
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on the subject or good spreadsheet systems you might has come across.
I am getting a lot of pressure to ensure accuracy and do it in 5 minutes or less. I don't see how this is possible but the powers that be don't understand why. Am I crazy? Can it be done?
Thanks for any guidance. I'm happy to share how we are currently doing these processes if anyone is interested. I won't post unless there is a show of hands who cares... The subject is dry and I don't want to bore everyone to tears!
