Hi All

My company offers Rs.70/- per day for staying late for more than 2.5hrs after shift timings. Is this enough for compensating employees who stay for more than 6 hrs after their shift timings for project purposes?

Also, anyone explain how the late sitting compensation amount is decided? why does it differ from company to company? What does the companies act say on these type of compensation?
