Arrow Income Tax benefits

Dear Sir

I have been employeed in a private concern on contractual terms for 2 years and I in the rolls of the company only. After joining there I could see that there are lot of differences in giving the Income tax benefits for the Permanent employees and employees on contractual terms. For example, Cars Maintenance exp, books and periodicals , food coupons etc. Nothing is given to employees in contract terms. It is said that it is company policy. Is there any rule in the Income tax act that the above Income tax rebate facilities should not be extended to the employees who have joined on contract? Please note that we are in the rolls of the company but in contract. Appointment order is given on the company letter head only and we have been given access card etc and all other treatment are equal to the permanent employees including the salary. Earning is difficult and finally we are giving as Income tax if there are possibilities of availing the benefit. Need your advise in this.
