Hi There!
I had worked for a company for three months and my PF deduction per month was Rs.992. The company asked me and one of my colleague to resign after 3 months for no reason( it was some internal politics going on for which we juniors have to pay by losing our jobs). Though they gave us clearance certificate and one month's salary for the notice period but we are not able to withdraw our PF yet, it has been 9 months now that me and my colleague have left the organisation. The company people did not give us the PF number inspite of we asking them for it again and again. Its not even mentioned on our salary slips. Now can anyone please suggest me how to recover my PF amount and PF number from the company? I think according to the laws the company is liable to pay interest on my PF too. Please suggest me how to go about it. Thanks & Regards, Shaikh |
