This is Rakshana. Friends i have been suffering from doubt that is "How to talk/deal/negotiate to female employees". I tried many times but they are not listening and moreover ignoring my orders.

Friends, Actually, Why do they behave like that?
How to communicate with women employees?
Are there any methods to follow and accustome to...?
