Arrow Planning for change- A Kerala Model

Dear members,
While we speak about change management we often resort to superficial aspects of change. Change should be a positive social change. it should bring about change in structure and function in a society. Grass root planning is the most suited and viable bcoz change can be brought easily and empirically but with realistic and consistent efforts.
Theoretically Kerala model is an excellent example for grass root planning. It needs to be put into practice without political bias.
this ppt will provide the concept, need, meaning and model of grass root planning.
