I am Dayo Thakker doing Part time MBA from well known management institute, i left the job before 2 moths because of my last sem exam means my MBA will complete in March.

Previously i was working with BPO company as HR-Executive as a Recruiter.

My problem is that now i am getting call for most of for recruitment executive want to increase my knowledge in other functions of HR means i have bookish knowledge & as you know practical experience is most important.

So please can you guide me for this problem
