I have experience into recruitment of 2 years. Currently working in a software company at Pune.
I have heard a lot about Psychometric Testing. Can you all pls help me in knowing exactly how this can be useful for me in recruitment and selection process?
How can i implement this in my company?

Are there any certification courses or short term courses where I can learn about these testing from start to end?
