I am VIkhil and i am working as a generalist and i have nearly 2 yrs exp.
i was always interested in dealing with people. so i opted human resource to work with humans and understand them better.

Now i am looking for a career in HR councelling. i would like to know who is the market for HR Councellor and what should i concentrate to build a career on HR Councelling.
