this is Swati,i have recently completed my MBA(DUAL MAJOR-HR & FINANCE) ,planning to appear for NET (with labour welfare & industrial relation,HRM as my subjects as my subjects).Need your valuable opinion regarding whether it is advicable to go ahead with this idea or not.If not what are the other possible alternatives.

By NET means r u referring to UGC Exam? If so it is a good idea. But u have to opt as Management stream. If u r serious about becoming a Faculty go ahead.
