i have done 3 Years diploma in Hotel Mgmt. and now doing PGD in the same. i m in London at the moment working for a very good hotel chain...can any one tell me if i want to do a career in HR in INDIA do i need a special qualification for that ..and if so what should i do...? can i change my career on the basis of Post Graduation Diploma and can i get employeed in HR industry in INDIA on this qualification....?
