Hi,

Kindly advise me on career change infact industry change. I am having 6 yrs experience and Customer Service in Telecom domain. I have worked with Idea and Spice. I am interested to move to investment industry i.e some Asset management Co. like Reliance mutual fund, Kotak MF, DSP MF etc.. my biggest fear is that I may not get same salary package as in Telecom kindly suggest i am desperate to join one.

First decide that what you want career growth or only salary.... as per your experience if you have comfortable salary then you must get some decent hike with any of those company....

first try out giving interviews in such companies.....
