Hi Friends,

I need advise from you, i have total 8 months of experience as HR Executive due to some reasons in personal life i quit my previous job and came back to my home state here after 2 months i have joind another company ah HR Executive here my job profile must contain general HR activities but after joining i am assigned to only internal recruitment.....

My question is how far its better to continue with thee same kind of job as want to get in to general HR job profile?

I have joined this company only 1 month back so i am fully confused....

please friends help me out what to do????

Hi Rohit

I think that you must stick to the job give yourself a limit say of month or two..and show your worth to the management and when you have proved then ask for more responsibilities and you will certainly get what you want..
If not then you can search a new job..
