Talking Re: Shifting company

Hi ,

How many years of experience do you hold?

In my opinion while changing a job, what one should look at is not how big is the company, but what is the potential growth of his/ her profile with prospect employer. I suggest you should look for the industry specification and the pace of growth of the new company in last 2-3 years. See if you would have enough space to widen your skills and if possible try to find out background of your bosses.

Do some ground work.
This will surely help to advice you whether or not to go with the new offer in hand.

Hope this Helps!!!!
