Default Future of IT

Hi All,

Good [Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Night].

To start, I am one of the few lucky guys just with B.Sc Maths, completing 8 years in IT Industry served Top Mutual Funds Corporations and currently serving an Investment bank, many of the people just die to get into these companies I know.

Well Since I have decided to settle down and started looking for a life partner, I glanced at the future what will be Future of Software Industry and my position as such, and seeing many people around me getting fired, the picture looks very dull 10 years down the line.

Well wherever i have worked, i took responsibility and delivered it properly.
surely i guess i will be among top 25% contributors all the time.people can invest in me all the time, however tough the conditions may be[it should not be simple, I hate it], i have that confidence. I can take up any work right from scratch to shaping things up.

Now to real question.

Given my capabilities,qualification and experience.
Should i worry too much about the future , the IT Industry.

since i have worked in top notch financial companies, should go to root and change my work profile, i am sure i can be successful in what ever i do.

Ever since i started looking for my life partner, i am having too much disturbance like this, and got more confused. any advices please.
