Till now there were only two options, confusing HR professionals to get into i.e. consultancy or corporate sector in various companies. The third option I am talking about is "Staffing solutions companies" . As far as I know these companies do proper HR work in different manner, which we can say outsourcing of HR compliancs by companies to these staffing firms,that sounds interesting. To name a few there are some staffing solution companies rising with great pace in India. This was regarding the new era of job market in India,but the concerned point is how a new HR professional can get into these companies, there roles & responsibilities and expected salary package. If there is any other information regarding these companies and relevant profiles pleae do share with other group members.
