Default Is it good to work in training when u r young?

My question is :is it good for me to work in training department when I do not have much working experience? How to plan well if I want to work in the area of HR/Training?
I have nearly 2 year working experience now.I transfered from HR operation team to sales training department as a coordinator for our region.I find training is interesting, but I worry about that if I do not have experience of a certain industry,do not experience of management,is it good for me to continue working in the area of training? Many people have the above experience and then they transfer to do training which makes them to be a very good trainer?
Hope some one can help me out.I really don't know how to plan my career well.
Thanks a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooot!!!!!!!!!!
