I agree with the fact that hr person should control attrition. But then even a HR is also an employee. It dosent mean that he should stick to a company even if he is not satisfied with hid job. Every individual will look for job satisfaction. we as HR's always try to give that to the employees but then who will care for our Job Satisfaction?. NO BODY. So, we also some times try to change our jobs. and that is reasonable i believe. Its just my opinion. am sorry if am wrong.
